Chianti, the countryside area between Florence and Siena, renowned for its wines features sprawling landscape made up of woods, vineyards and olive groves scattered with Romanesque churches, farmhouses, villas and castles.
This is a home of fine red Chianti Classico from the grapes maturing on the sunny slopes of Tuscany hills, produced in old unique way called governo.
The tour starts from Piazza Stazione near the Main Train Station in Florence .A coach takes you for the sightseeing tour with superb scenery and panoramic views of Tuscan villages and small cottages covered with vineyards broken sometimes by woods and oil groves.
After the sightseeing You will visit a traditional Tuscan estate where you can walk in the beautiful gardens and the wine cellars, lined with the world-renowned Chianti Classico. Here you will enjoy a snack and wine tasting.
A a visit to one of the areas most beautiful Romanesque churches gives the additional experience, just before the dinner, which will be held in a medieval village surrounded by the landscape of Chianti Valley. A typical rich Tuscan meal will be served along with excellent Chianti wines.
The coach then returns to the start point in the centre of Florence.
