Take the afternoon tour through the land of picturesque villages surrounded by the slopes with Frascati vineyards, beautiful lakes and green woods full of game, the land with numerous trattorias to taste the local delicious food. The land known as ‘Castelli Romani’.
During the journey you will also see the important places connected with Ancient Rome and the early Christianity, Greek Orthodox churches and Renaissance and Baroque villas scattered all around.
The air-conditioned coach starts near Termini Railway Station, you may also be picked up from one of several hotels in the city center.
Leaving the Rome you will pas by the famous Therme di Caracalla and after San Sebastina Gate at the beginning of Appia Antica you will see the significant church ‘Domine Quo Vadis’ bulit on the place, where according to the tradition St.Peter returned to Rome after the vision of returning Christ. Near the church are significant catacombs of first Christians of Roman Empire.
Then you will follow Via Appia Nouva through picturesque countryside full of wineyards, green slopes and near the Lake of Albano the coach ascends to Castel Gandolfo, known as the Papal summer retreat. Other villages you’ll pass en route include Rocca di Papa near the highest peak Monte Cavo and Grottaferrata.

After some sampling the group in happy moods returns to Rome, to the starting point, but you ma be dropped in several locations along the way.
