Day 1 – Arrive in Rome, Italy.
A time to rest or your own city exploration. At 6 pm, meeting with the Tour Director and the members of the group to brief the tour details. The meeting continues with a visit to the Rome’s restaurant for a special welcome dinner with wine.

Day 2 – Rome.
The morning sightseeing with your Local Guide. The ancient Rome: a visit to the COLOSSEUM, known for deadly gladiators fights, and the ROMAN FORUM, the birthplace of ideas that shaped the present European civilisation.
In the afternoon time for independent activities and optional excursion possibilities.

Day 3 – Rome – Florence.
The morning sightseeing with a visit to the VATICAN MUSEUMS and SISTINE CHAPEL with Michelangelo’s frescoes and The Last Judgement. ST. PETER’S BASILICA and the SQUARE. Leaving Rome in the afternoon, the route goes along the Highway of the Sun into the cypress hills of Tuscany with olives trees and vineyards of famous Chianti Valley, to Florence – ‘the Renaissance capital of the World’.

Day 4 – Florence.
The morning walking tour with a Local Guide. The highlights of the city include a visit to GALLERIA DELL’ACADEMIA with Michelangelo’s celebrated David, and the tomb of Michelangelo and Galileo Galillei in BASILICA SANTA CROCE. The heart of the city consists of the Duomo ( Cathedral), Campanile ( Belfty designed by Giotto ) and Battistero with famous bronze “Gate of Paradise. PIAZZA DELLA SIGNORIA features famous sculptures in open air Loggia delle Lanzi.
The afternoon is free for shopping , city exploration, or optional dinner with Chianti wine tasting.

Day 5 – Florence – Venice.
The drive through green Apennine Hills in Emilia- Romagna to enter the plains of Veneto,
leading to Venice, the city of lovers. Enter Venice in style by PRIVATE BOAT. The walking tour with a local guide to visit heart of the city ST. MARK’S SQUARE with byzantine SAN MARCO BASILICA, and the splendid DOGES’ PALACE with nearby BRIDGE OF SIGHS.
There is also the show of GLASSBLOWERS in action, still using the same technique that in Medieval Times brough the fame and reputation of Venetian glass from Murano.

Day 6 – At Leisure in Venice.
A whole day to explore Venice on your own. There is the time to get lost in tiny, narrow streets to find a forgotten cafe on the corner of small hidden square, to explore the history of Jewish ghetto, discover Rialto Bridge, or take a gondola ride.
There is an optional cruise to the island of Burano known for hand made lances.
A farewell drink at famous CAFFE FLORIAN.

Day 7 – Venice.
Your vacation ends with breakfast this morning. (B)
