We are proud to present carefully chosen concerts of classical music performed in the best Italian venues. Some are played in the morning, but usually in early evening, the prefect time to finish the tiresome day spent in the hot sun between monuments and tourist sights.
Churches are known for the best acoustics, and particularly interesting is the offer for coming season in Anglican church of St.Mark in Florence, where you will be able to witness the best operas, including Carmen, Traviata or the Magic Flute. Due to the size of the church the singers are backed by limited number of musicians, making the performance more personal in perception.
Venice features palaces and splendid residences, including Scuola Grande dei Carmini of religious confraternity. The music will be played in the hall surrounded by the frescos by Tiepolo and other great masters.Worth mention is also Palazzo delle Prigioni, once filled with voices of other provenience – in the cells below were held special prisoners, among them famous Casanova.
