September 4, it will be the exciting day for participants and spectators at Val Gardena extreme marathon mountain. They have to conquer over 19 km long way from the start in St. Ulrich to the finish on the famous Sassolungo.
Alpine School “Catores” organized Gardena Alpine week 10 to 17 September 2011, with a varied program of guided hikes and climbing tours and an interesting evening program offers.

On two wheels through the “most beautiful mountains in the world”

Even connoisseurs will appreciate the trails under the shade of the Dolomites.
They provide everlasting memories of a good holiday, whether it was a light bicycle trip through the romantic Langental or a bike tour in the Stone Town – the most famous tours of the Dolomites – Sella Ronda. The second one involves the crossing of 4 Dolomite passes, so a good physical condition is required,but the drivers are rewarded by spectacular views of the Sella group and the highest Dolomites mountain Marmolada. Another special event is the annual “Sella Ronda Bike Day“, this year held on 3 July and organised for the first time ‘Eco-Sella Ronda Bike Day’ ( 09/18/2011 ) . Mobile Val Gardena with the Valgardena Card
The travel card valid for three or six days will allow visitors in the summer to
multiple use of not only twelve lifts – including the new funicular railway from Ortisei to Rasciesa , but also Gardena bus lines leading as long as to Bolzano.
