After the enormous success of the fourth edition held in July 2010, a special dinner awaits you once more in the elegant panoramic cabins dell’ovovia Alpe di Siusi / Seuc Mont. A skillful coordination, a beautiful location with spectacular views of the mountains and a pale end of the evening with music at the refuge at 2000 meters. These will be the cornerstones for an unforgettable feast for the palate, a presentation of unique and inimitable Ladin gastronomy .

Thaditionally there are five restaurants , five famous chefs and their respective teams, prepare an exclusive gastronomic event, which will give you the opportunity to taste a selection of the finest culinary delights of the beautiful Val Gardena.

On an elegant table in one of 25 cabins dell’ovovia “Mont Seuc” that can accommodate from 2 to 6 people, you will be served a delicious 5-course menu paired with wines served by major expert sommelier.

- Ali and Karin Pitscheider, house connoisseurs of good food in their restaurant “Mont Seuc” on the homonymous mountain cable car, offering their guests a breathtaking view as a side dish and Sassolungo Sciliar symbol peaks of the Dolomites, in an elegant environment 2000 meters above sea level.

- The Restaurant Tubladel in Ortisei is the realm of professional Haymo Demetz, whose innovative cuisine refers to the traditional recipes of the culinary Ladin. Welcoming atmosphere in rustic style and excellent selection of local wines.
